Hands up if you didn’t know ‘Promised Land’ had a video? And its everything you would want it to be.
Manchester, so much to answer for.

Leftfieldish Mix
So, we were chatting over on Twitter about how good Leftfield as remixers during their early to mid 90s purple patch and a few links were thrown about.
“I’ve got most of these on vinyl - I’ll do a mix” On checking, I had half a dozen or so, so supplemented it with some similar beats from around the same time. The resulting mix got thrown up on Mixcloud and here it is - our first mix in seven or eight years. https://www.mixcloud.com/acidgrandads/leftfieldish-mix/

Rumours of my demise appear to be untrue.
Yeah, its been a while. Sorry about that. Truth be told, I've been busy down the allotment and frequently forgetting my password doesn't help either. Anyway..... Check out this interview with photographer Mark McNulty on clubbing in the 90s, via Manchester's most excellent clothing retailers OI Polloi https://www.oipolloi.com/blogs/the-blog/an-interview-with-mark-mcnulty More of Mark's photos can be found here: http://www.markmcnulty.co.uk/rave#0 I've had a look through them, and I don't appear to be in any of them, thank fuck.
