Made an awesome meat sauce to go with my first time trying zucchini noodles...and I am so confused as to how everyone is a zoodle lover because I am not a fan! ☹️ I was left with a bunch of sauce, so naturally I had to make some cheese bread to go with it
.
1 cup mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 egg
Garlic powder (depending on how much garlic flavor you like)
Mix everything together in a bowl. Roll out dough on parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Yay!
YALL. I've been in the game for a while, but I'm just now getting around to Joseph's lavash. I cut up one wrap to make crackers and baked them in the oven (keep an eye on them, I clearly did not but they still awesome) before adding some seasoning. Used the crackers to eat with my chicken salad and I'm in love 😍
Long story short, I used to have a bowl of Breyer's Carb Smart ice cream every night but I'm stalling big time (plus Splenda sucks) so that has to be the first thing to go. However, I have a massive sweet tooth 🤔🙄 so behold, chocolate chip cookies! Comes in around 4.4 net carbs per cookie 🍪 • Recipe: https://ggiswheatfree.wordpress.com/2012/07/17/chocolate-chip-cookies-with-almond-flour-grain-free-and-low-carb/amp/
One of my favorite dinners, homemade keto chili
Trying not to get my hopes up (after the Real Good Foods line ended up tasting gross) but I am pretty excited to try these Quest pizzas! My Target only had a couple left so I grabbed what I could. I love Fathead and LC tortilla pizzas, but it would certainly be awesome to have these in the freezer for those lazy nights you don’t want to make anything 🍕🍕🍕🍕
Found at Walmart. Didn't buy it because 15$ for coffee 😒 any of all yall try this stuff? Is it worth a try?
Sloppy as hell, but I made fathead dogs with everything bagel seasoning! I'm not trying to go through fourth of July without some hot dogs 🌭
Found at Menchie's! I may have gone a little over board with the toppings tho 🤔
Over medium eggs w/ hot sauce and Mexican blend cheese with a side of bacon 🍳🥓 not pictured: *massive* iced coffee!
Pork chops and cheesy broccoli at Mom's house 💖 My pork chops never turn out nearly as amazing as hers; she cooks them perfectly every time
I was SO excited to try these...and I couldn't even finish them. Even tried the chicken enchiladas and just wasn't a fan 😭
Shrimp, sausage and cheesy broccoli 😍 sometimes you gotta keep it simple
Enchilada pie 💖 couldn't wait to eat, so it's missing a piece!
Standard "tastes soooo much better than it looks" dinner 😅 • Steak with blue cheese and onion sauce with sour cream and chives mashed cauliflower
Taco...Sunday? • Provolone cheese shells, ground beef, taco seasoning, lettuce, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mild sauce 🌮
Keeping it simple with awesome Italian chicken and cheesy broccoli. I find that sometimes I get too caught up in complicated keto recipes that add extra unnecessary calories. You can never go wrong with basic protein and veggies though.
