i need some advice. i met a guy online & we have strong feelings for each other but dont do LDR so we are waiting till we meet next year, but how do i explain to my parents how we met? They are v against meeting strangers online so idk..

maybe before meeting them, sit down and have a talk with your parents. tell them how it all happened. and maybe set up a Skype call with your partner and your parents. it may sound stupid but it'll show your parents that that person is real and not some fake or creep. if they're not understanding after all the effort you put into getting them to, then they'll have to learn to get over it. if you have strong feelings for them, you'll do whatever you can to meet them and not let your parents ruin it. I apologize if this advice is poor and not very useful. I've never been in your situation. but that is what I would do. I hope it all works out for you dear xx
