Sorry I've been mia guys, been dealing with some health issues (due to my chronic illnesses) but I'm feeling much better now

💜 One thing I found out tho : bc of my gp my body hasn't been able to hold onto nutrition that well (delayed gastric emptying) which is a good thing, however, it does cause a lot of other issues that are super hard to navigate. On one hand Im happy bc even if I eat more than whats planned on my regimen, it's unlikely that my body will retain the c4ls in the same way. On the other, it causes so much pain (and other issues that I'm not gonna go into detail about on here) that makes it hard to complete daily life tasks.

Being chronically ill and 4n0r3x!c is not for the weak

Like seriously, even if I wanted to recover I feel like it'd be damn near impossible soley bc of my GP not even counting my other illnesses. How am I supposed to want to recover when eating is painful anyways not just from being Ill, but from also having an 3d.

Make it make sense bc FUCK THAT.

I tried that shit once and I am NOT going through it again.

I was known as @/st0ned-mad before being t’d at almost 2k followers back in 2023. I am not here to encourage anyone else’s issues, I’m simply venting out my own.

You may remember me from the discord I ran! I had a lot of fun doing that, but if you were there you also might remember that it was constantly getting taken down, so I will not be doing that again.

These days, I am living with my current partner in a very small apartment. I’ve run into the issue of living off fast food and “little treats”, gaining back 30 L’s over the last year. I feel like shit about it, and I need to get back to the way I used to feel.

My bigger problem is that my partner knows about my history of, well… this. I’m technically a “h34lthy” w3!ght right now, but my th!ghs tough and my arms j!ggle and my st0m4ch sticks out and I am Not Happy. Half of my clothes aren’t fitting right.

My goal from this account is to make friends in a similar boat, working to make it as non-obvious as possible while still achieving what I once had.

seeing recovery influencers talk about how sick they were reminds me about how not sick i am….

no i actually don’t turn down meals with my family. no no one’s worried about me. no i dont look too thin. no no one’s commented on my weight loss. no no one tries to make me eat. no i dont cry when i have to eat. i’m just not sick enough for recovery and therefore not sick enough

Fuck recovery. I tried it and I give up. It's literally pointless.
