DINNER IDEA
Cucumber noodles — 30-50kcal
Perfect for if you need to eat something “substantial” for dinner
You will need:
- A cucumber
- Salt
- vinegar
- chopping board
- vegetable peeler
- bowl
1. Cut the top off the cucumber (leave the bottom on so you have something to hold onto)
2. Peel strips off the cucumber and place them into a bowl
3. Put a little bit of salt and a splash of vinegar on, mix and enjoy!!!!
Less than 50kcal if you use the whole cucumber!
