No, really - actually read the notices; every time I upload a build, I get the same questions that have already been addressed in the post.
Base Game Compatible (uses minor decor objects such as plants, spandrels, rails, pool trim, and flooring from various expansion and stuff packs; these items will substitute if you do not have those packs installed).
Note: This lot uses TOOL to achieve certain architectural elements, unfortunately when the lot is rotated after placing, these objects remain in their original position. Therefore, do not rotate the lot after placing it. It orients correctly on the 64 x 64 in both Brindleton Bay, and Windenburg.
I have also used advanced building methods to place roofs at different heights on the same level - if you edit walls in these sections of the build (pool house, west wing, garage wing & formal entrance), these roofs will delete. There is no way around this, it is a limitation of the game.

Includes items from shared texture CC sets — I do not use merged files, if you do not already have these sets and are seeing missing textures, use the eyedropper tool to hover over the item, and download that set from the creator. Usually, these sets are by Harrie, Pierisim, Tuds, Peacemaker, etc.
