When you really should be moving onto Dawntrail but you spend a month faffing around Island Sanctuary instead.
It's time for @wip_comics latest and oddest comics anthology yet, Dreams and Nightmares! Their Kickstarter will be launching soon at https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/mike-armstrong/dreams-and-nightmares-the-2026-wip-comics-anthology
Inside its pages you can follow the adventures of Professor MacCloughlanoughlinough and his trusty sidekick Mo Tivatey in their marvellous new invention: the Subconsciourine! Witness their freedive into the depths of the collective unconscious, marvelling at the incredible worlds dreamt by the human psyche. Find out how they fare in these unplumbed fathoms in my contribution to the anthology: "Somnambulauts"!
Support this fine collection of a great many talented comics creators' loopiest and most imaginative journeys into the human mind! And my story too, I guess. Watch the link above for the Dreams and Nightmare anthology's Kickstarter launch!
My live reactions to the FFXIV Berlin Fanfest in order of revelations (or should I say, FFVII Revelations).
So long Ever Crisis. You were a mediocre gacha game but you inspired some incredible fan art.
For context I sunk over two hundred hours into this boondoggle and most of that was spent on my phone while the game played itself on another tab.
I figured they were rushing to wrap things up when Fort Condor was resolved by the characters standing in a stock image canyon and yelling "what an amazing bird!" at an off-screen shadow floating overhead.
At conference.
This is not MMO advice, any raids conducted on the recommendations of this mentor should be taken at your own risk.
So will Black Mage Tifa be making an appearance in Street Fighter too?

Continuing my FFXIV revisit by picking up where I left off with my OCs Rain and No'zaya, at the climax of Shadowbringers and Emet's recreation of the Final Days of Amaurot.
Rain is the Main Character for whom G'raha orchestrated transport to the First, while No'zaya is merely a Warrior of Light possessed of the Echo like so many of the Scions' companions. When the other Scions are plucked from the Source in an incomplete state, she is afforded no special treatment.
And yet in this crucial moment when Rain is on the verge of being consumed by light and no longer capable of continuing onward, it is No'zaya who steps up to the plate and keeps them both going. For all the good it does them.
Getting excited for Evercold and thought I'd rustle up something slightly more refined than the night-of doodles I churned out at rapid speed. So here, as of the teaser trailer, are our major players including the mysterious Allfather!Au Ra who seems very sad and probably evil and kinda hot.
This helped me figure out what No'zaya's glam is going be when she takes on the expansion in the poster job. It's Bloodborne. We're Bloodborne now. I don't make the rules.
I'm fond of the idea that the next main tank job is going to be the Judge, so here's relegated-to-sidekick Rain showing off her dual-shield moves.
Also I gave Halmarut a ushanka because even Ascians must got cold in their feetsies.
In today's update of "String", an urban fantasy webcomic, we're cooking up a serving of mashed protagonist.
