Android to Windows. Not too bad.
Last month, before the break, my Galaxy Sl died. Well, not exactly died, but the hardware port of the SIM got fried, and I don't even know for what reason. -_-a
So basically, I downgraded to a backup phone—a small feature phone. I had no problems with with but one, it was too noisy. I swear the clicking noise of the keypads were annoying as hell.
LUCKILY. My mom was being totally nice yesterday, and she got me a new phone with little effort of convincing her~ It's been ages since I have been drooling over this unit, and now I'm actually tinkering with it. :D
Since I was sort of an Android fanatic—going over forums and whatnot, changing this and that, bricking my phone and reviving it from the dead—shifting to another platform has been a dreadful feeling. But somehow I'm getting the hang of this OS. It has smoother animations and only a quarter of the lag compared to an Android phone, to say the least.
The best part aside from the ones I've mentioned above, save for a fact that Nokia phones are one of the sexiest out there in terms of design, are the integration of different accounts into one organized hub (depending on the service, i.e., SMS, Calendar, etc.).
I think that switching to the Windows Phone OS has been the best decision I have made in mobile consumerism. It's sleek, simple, functional, and it's fucking Nokia. What more can you ask for? (APPS. MORE APPS PLEASE. INSTAGRAM. EHEM.)
