So I already have Osomatsu's date, and half of Ichimatsu's date

I will, work on it more later today so hopefully I'll finish Ichimatsu's date today

And then it's either thinking up how the others would go about the first date, thinking up reasons why each one of them would've ran away to begin with, or turn off my brain for a bit and make more sprites

I should probably also do more poses but that's difficult... Maybe I'll rehaul the art once the game is complete anyway...

I finally finished Ichimatsu's date and have ideas for 3/4 of the others that still need to be done

I won't have my computer today so I'll have to think up ideas for the last Matsuno and then Iyami’s bit

And I should also think up reasons as to why they all run away, but I think it boils down to the fact they are scared of messing up 🤔

It was Reinzu’s birthday and to celebrate it, I made him some art of one of my ocs that he likes! It was just a quick drawing since I was late with starting it, but I hope he liked it nonetheless ♡

Okay so... I just need the first date for all the matsus completed... and Totoko and Iyami sprites... mhhhaybe more matsu sprites... and definitely backgrounds... so... a lot

But I will make this game even if it takes me years!!!

I do hope to complete the first day this year still, hopefully even this season, so that by the summer time I have something to share with everyone

For those interested! The premise is that in a greyscale world, the only thing in color is the red string of fate on your pinky and you first get to see colors when the string breaks when you meet your soulmate. However when you bump into your soulmate and everything turns to color, he runs away from you before he turned to color as well. You just know his face, but when you meet him again, you see that he has five identical brothers and he refuses to fess up to being your soulmate.

But yeah, is it a bad thing I'm trying to make an Osomatsu-san fanmade visual novel in the good year of 2026, or would people still enjoy it???? Who am I kidding people will always enjoy new content xD

So far there's like 5 minutes of gameplay and a missing sprite, so I don’t feel comfortable sharing it with anyone except for a few select friends, but once I have a bit more gameplay and all the sprites and backgrounds... I will probably post a demo 🤔

I just need to see how I'm continuing from here xD

I'm making a visual novel for a friend

It's been in the works for years now, since I always drop it for a couple months before I work on it again for some days.

The thing I'm stuck at now tho is the mc's favorites...

I have a list of favs they can choose from, but I have no reasons yet to like those things ranging from flowers to shapes to animals.

So my question to you all is, why do you like your favorite flower / shape / heart emoji / animal / fruit?
