I wish for honesty to avoid this

A year and two months of working with very few days off and without calling in sick once is catching up to me. It’s so hard to get myself out of the house in the morning. And now that I actually am sick and think I need a day to recover I’m too afraid to call in. I’m beginning to resent my job and my boss and my clients. I don’t care how much money I make or how much money I need, I just want to stay in bed and not have to face the outside world.
