can you explain what transmed is but from YOUR perspective? Ive recently fell in a rabbit hole through devvingantlers or idk what their user was (sorry if i used wrong prns, idk) and i want to understand more. does it have ties to being trans (sexual/gender) or is it something else completely ?

Being a transmedicalist just means that you think you need sex dysphoria to be trans, and that transsexualism is a medical condition. It is obviously tied to being transsexual, but you don't need to be trans to be a transmedicalist.

Anti-trans laws don't give a shit that you're one of the "better" trans people, having "trans-" in front of your identity is more than enough reason to make them stomp you dead. Are you going to keep playing pick-me to appease your oppressors, or will you shut your damn blog off and go make change that actually has meaning?

But the reason for many of these laws is BECAUSE of transtrenders, as they tend to be very rapey individuals (especially the male ones). The distinction is made because we have an actual medical reason to transition.
