5. true beauty isnt about how clear your skin is. true beauty isnt about how thin your legs are or how tiny your waist is. true beauty is about how kind you are and how you treat people

7. If i have to beg for ur attention you can keep it lmfao

10. Always be humble, no matter what you endure. Do not answer foolishness with more foolishness. Be mature, be humble. You will never regret it.
11. Let shit go. If you keep holding on to stuff, its not the situation that hurts you; its you. Let things go, heal yourself and move on. Dont be petty or salty, shit not cute.

13. Sometimes you are all you have - and sometimes that’s all you need
14. Communicate. Even when it’s uncomfortable or uneasy. One of the best ways to heal, is simply getting everything out. Dont shut people out, dont react like a child. You will end up regretting asf.
15. Acknowledging your own childishness is a sign of maturity.
16. I will stay gentle no matter what I endure, I am so much more.
17. One day, all the love you’ve given away will find it’s way back to you, and it will finally stay.
18. See things for what they are, and make the hard choice. Even if it hurts, but you will survive.
19. What grows trust in a relationship? Communication. Consistency. Communication. Showing up. Communication. Transparency. Communication. Love.
20. At 19 or even 32, nobody is worth stressing over, like move on, leave people behind, go find yourself, the world is yours, life goes on.
21. know your worth and cut anyone off that doesn’t respect it.
22. This year I learned to be selfish. Selfish with my time, my heart, my feelings, my mind and most importantly myself. I spent entirely too much time feeling sorry for the things I couldn’t change, wishing for things I didn’t have, and begging for people who did not deserve me. It has taken me nearly two decades to realize I am a prize worth winning, I am a caviar dinner not a gas station hot dog. This year I’ve lost people I thought I couldn’t live without and given myself everything I needed. Next year, I will follow this path.
