*Order meeting at Grimmauld Place*

Sirius: If you don't shut your mouth, Snivellus, I'll come over there and shut it for you.

Snape: Is that a threat?

Sirius: Did it sound like a compliment?

*Snape's seat exploding into sparkles during an Order meeting*

Sirius, when everyone turns to him: I didn't do it!

Snape: Then why are you laughing?

Sirius: Cause whoever did it is a freaking genius.

*Grimmauld Place in 1976*

"You made me," Sirius hissed towards her, blood streaming down the side of his face. "You made me exist. Don't act like I have to keep proving I deserve the right to, you gave it to me."

Walburga sneered down at him in reply.

Sirius has puppy dog eyes, and James has Bambi eyes, together they are unstoppable.

Sirius: I’m over it, seriously. I’m in love with Remus, he just wants to be friends, and I’m totally cool living with that constant pain.

James: *face palms*

I've said this before, but to keep things clear I'll say it again. I believe in Wolfstar up until October 31st of 1981 (assuming the fic doesn't go way off from the canon storyline). But after that? When Sirius is imprisoned and Remus is left all alone, I can't see it ever recovering.

The two, Sirius and Remus, are just too different. They've changed in ways they can't return from. No longer are they the boys so commonly discussed in Fanon—the boy who goes through excruciating pain every month and allows his friends to be there for him during it. Nor is Sirius the boy who is willing to illegally become an animagus just so his friend isn't alone on the full moons, something which can result in Azkaban.

Sirius becomes an innocent man too broken to escape from a prison. In fact, it's only a picture of Pettigrew that makes him. Remus is a man abandoned, believing all his closest friends are dead or a traitor. He's so broken from it all, and the continued lonely full moons, that he leaves Harry with Petunia despite knowing the woman.

They're no longer two dorm mates with a boat load of chemistry. They're men who have weathered far more than they should have had to, and they're changed. And, in my opinion, I don't think the people they became would be able to be in a relationship, even if they did love each other.

“Always happy to hide in the back, letting others take curses for you," Sirius sneered.

“Your cowardly mind could not begin to comprehend the threats I face every time the Dark Lord calls me,” the Severus spat.

Sirius calling James my deer and then laughing uncontrollably for fifteen minutes while everyone else looks at him with exasperation because he’s already made that joke 52 times just that week.
