Hey, I'm Adella and I would like to share something usefull atleast for those who are going through the same situation as mine .

pov: Bipolar mood disorder

I have a brother and he's under treatment as he has this one disease called bipolar mood disorder. My life is not going that good but still i believe I could make it good .

I just wanna tell u that, if u know anyone who is a bipolar patient ,please don't be rude to them as i was . I love my brother but the awkward distance btwn us ..it kills . It's all because of me that I never tried to understand his situation. I kept on being sooo rude to him as i was just immature and i thought that he was doing it (often being so violent that he would hit me and after sometime things get normal) purposely but now, tbh I regret it ...

So please understand that they just need to be taken care of , loved and persuaded . Stop arguing with them ,be good and watch them . Please make a step and try to be friendly with them and believe me, they are not doing it on purpose 🖐️

Now, I'm trying and i think it's gonna be alright and we still have some heart for eachother ❤️

"Train to Pakistan" it's been 4 yrs since I finished reading this classic novel and still... this one sentence is stuck in my mind.

He was right, if we all had better living conditions and parenting (the most important one), better things would happen more 🤍

I always love watching the moving stars n wonder at the speed at which they move ...and the shades she make every day, it's love
