Shit Together

I've had a rough month. Things I am gonna do to get out of this place:

Start each day with a glass of water, brushing teeth, reading the news and eating something.

Don't drink alcohol. Haven't been able to do this yet. This and insomnia are the main problems (deal with the latter using former)

Work on music every day

Stretch every half hour when sitting at desk for hours and hours and hours.
