I've notice that book fans are quite intense. Haven't that the same experience, but just from someone standing on the sidelines, it's been interesting to see. Your show, Heated Rivalry and now Off Campus. People are obsessed. I completely get you. You don't want to get stuck in just one role. There's just so many other opportunities out there. It's probably going to be forever but if it makes you feel any better, it might not be on the level of those Harry Potter actors. They're basically screwed as they will always be known as those characters, no matter what else they do. Yes, exactly that. And I'm sure Belly brought you a lot of fun and she really touched people. Three movies for the next year? That's amazing. You're going to be very busy. And the cast of those movies look like fun so I don't doubt you're going to have an amazing time.
How you use the word intense right there is definitely a gentle way to say it. Book fans are a whole different kind and they love these stories so deeply, and they have every single detail mapped out before we ever even film them. Itās super flattering, of course, but it can feel like a weight to live up too. It's such a delicate balance because I am beyond grateful for Belly, you are so right she touched peopleās hearts and still means absolutely everything to me. But at the same time, as an actor, you just want to keep stretching yourself and taking on new challenges. Though you make a very good point about that cast we do have a very hard time picturing them in anything else. I cant even think of other projects quite as impactful off the cuff. Iām so excited for these new movies coming up! It may be the most chaotic time of my life, but like you said, the casts and locations and everyone behind the scenes are so going to make it worth it.
