Ok so explains what it is! It’s a modern au but everyone works at an aquarium and Gillion is the only one that doesn’t get a human design! He stays fish.

So Jay, Chip work at an aquarium whose soul purpose is to help with the marine life in the area. (This aquarium is called “Allport Aquarium”…because it’s in Allport) Chip one day went out to sea on a boat that once belonged to Arlan, he finds Gillion floating and injured, so he took Gill on his boat and now he has a fish man sleeping in his tub! That’s basically it so farrrrr yeah :D
