Iâm gonna watch Greyâs anatomy for a while and then Iâll do replies promise. (not sure I should promise things anymore but well.)
that moment when your boss asked you to make a playlist for the shop, and you only have 7 songs so far, and youâre not even sure sheâs going to like it
âYeah, and yeah,â he said. He bit his lip for a moment, thinking about all of this. âYeah. You can come with us,â he said, nodding.
âYou sure?â Aderyn stood from the couch, and rested her book on the coffee table. âThank you. Where are we going?â She asked, pulling her jacket on.
âHey, no worries! Nyla and Vitani were around when things got bad, so I was ok. I am just glad you were able to stay out of all of that. It was not a good experience. A lot of people are physically, emotionally, and mentally messed up from the darkness.â
âBut itâs over now, the darkness is gone, right? And you are okay?â Aderyn looked worried for a moment, but then shift the topic by quickly pointed at the door. âCan I still come with you and Cotton?â
âYeah, but we had a kind of crazy end of the summer here, so I think itâs understandable that we havenât really talked. No oneâs perfect. I sometimes left dishes in the sink for a few days, so I wasnât a number one roomie either,â he said with a shrug.
âIâm sorry, by the way. Iâm sorry I wasnât there when everythingâs happened. I was back home and I didnât know what was wrong, until I was back. Iâm sure you werenât alone, but still. It was probably not the best weeks of all times.â Aderyn shrugged, giving him a soft smile.
âI donât know. I donât have any problems with you either. I will actually be kind of sad when we switch again.â
âOh--- Really? I mean, Iâm surprised. Weâve never had a real conversation, and I said I wanted to eat your rabbit. And I always forget to pick my towel, and my bra after the shower.â Aderyn smiled, blushing slightly. âBut I enjoyed being your roommate as well.â
Oh Iâve got two brothers and three sisters. I really hope my dad lets them come soon I miss themâŠall of them. Youâd be surprised how weird it gets when you go from tons of people running around the house to just one other person in your dorm. No, in fact I much prefer to have people around to talk to.
âYeah, I canât really say I know what youâre talking about, one person in my dorm is already something huge for me. Iâm not used to have so many people around me. Iâm not used to share. Iâm pretty selfish actually, I need my space. I wish it was different sometimes, I wish I knew how to make friends and speak to people in general.â
âWell, I-I was sort ofâŠâ she regretted it immediately. It had been a split second sort of decisionâ making her way over to Aderyn for the first time in a long time, trying to mend the damage done before⊠maybe it wasnât something that could be mended. âYou like to-to read, right? I-I was wondering if⊠you had any book suggestions? Maybe?â I can go, itâs ok for you to tell me to go.â
âAre you really asking me book suggestions?â Aderyn repeated as she made a step backwards. She started to fiddle with her fingers, anxiously, looking at the ground. âI didnât ask y-you to g-go. I just want t-to know what you really want?â
âYouâve never been on the swings?!â Evieâs mouth dropped in shock. âOr monkey bars? Where did you grow up? How could this happen? Oh weâre so going to the park.â
âI-I... I was an owl, and I lived in the middle of the forest. There are no monkey bars, nor swings, and even if there were, I couldnât use them because I-I was an owl. Are we, still going?â
âWould you like to go exploring with me?â
âI donât want to go too far but I think going to the park could be fun? Its been too long since I played on a swing set or monkey bars.â
âOh... No, of course. Iâd love to go with you, wherever you want to go. The thing is, Iâve never played on a, swing set or monkey bars. I... No, Iâve never done that.â
Spencer canât help but giggle as he listens to what your character has to say, itâs not the funniest thing in the world but right now it could be. âC-can you repeat that?âhe manages to get out in between laughing, âI couldnât hear all of it I was too distracted by the talking elephantâhe explains as he reaches up to run his fingers through his hair. âWere you aware that we are not the only people in this room?âhe asks as his eyes widen, âIt may look like it but I can see them, theyâre telling me to do things.â
Aderyn frowned, and scanned the place around her without moving to much. She was rather worried about her friend, he didnât look goog at all. âAre you okay Spencer? What are they telling you? I think it's time for you to go to bed.â
âLeave me alone to dieâŠâ Wesley mumbled, voice cracking and rough from his cold.
âNo, because then itâs failure to assist a person in danger. I donât want to go to jail. Want some tea?â
you need to give me an opinion on Cassidyâs and Aderynâs themes
âWell rabbits are kind of nocturnal. Theyâre more active around the days beginning and ending, but Cotton is more of a night girl. I am sorry she keeps you up. Iâll put a blanket over her cage when I am out so she might get her energy out during the day and sleep more at night. I canât really think of anything right now, but I guess now would be as good a time as any to talk about any other problems you may have with rooming with me.â
âAs much as owls are, but I donât remember spending my night being that noisy. Alright, that can works, letâs forget it! I have no problem rooming with you Peter, itâs just your rabbit. But maybe you have a problem rooming with me? Come on, itâs your time to complain. I'm all ears.â
âIâd say so!âAndretti says with a small laugh, âThat makes a lot of sense actually, thank you!âhe says with a smile. âI need it to construct a scale modelâhe explains.
âIs it for school, or just for your pleasure? I mean, you could have a fetish where you spend most of your night constructing them.â A small chuckle escape her lips as she shook her head. "Sorry, it was not funny."
âHow interesting. Well welcome back. Glad you got to miss all the mayhem, I guess.â Griffin shrugged, âI was in my room. Think Iâm gonna follow the schools directions? The darkness canât get to me.â
âWhy, thank you very much. Wait--- You were here, and didnât hear or feel anything? Itâs funny. And if they are right, the darkness will never get to you. Iâve never had any contact with it, so itâs kind of a myth to me. I even wonder if it was just everyone bullying me or not?â Aderyn chuckled, and shook her head.
