Take A Chance!
Most people don’t take many chances, only 3% of people are even trying. This week I have been thinking about this advice constantly, taking chances, and I have been having an awesome time. People with ADHD are natural born risk takers. I think it’s such a great trait to have. What is more risky, is living in a bubble and starving.
Take chances, what’s the worse thing that can happen? Maybe you get shut down by a person you probably won’t ever see again or your business fails and you go broke. So what? What’s the best thing that could happen? make a billion dollars, make the world a better place, meet your future wife.
We live in an awesome country full of abundance. There's a free vegan cafe in Abbotsford. Your mate probably has a bed for you and you can raid his cupboard. So don’t be scared to take a chance.
Take a chance and have a kick ass life! If all we are is a tiny piece of fractal, then I want to leave as the most wonderful little fractal.
Merry Christmas and have an amazing year take a chance and do something great!

The Eagle and the Chicken.
Once upon a time an eagle's egg was found by a farmer and mistaken for a chicken egg. The egg was placed with the other eggs in the incubator at the hen house.
Some weeks later that egg hatched. The baby eagle was born and raised as a chicken with his chicken peers. He was taught to peck and scratch. He was taught to scurry along the ground like the other chickens. He was sternly warned against flying, because chickens don't really fly, they flutter and fall.
This eagle made a miserable chicken. He didn't scurry well. He didn't peck well. He was always hungry , because the chicken feed just wasn't satisfying to him. The other chickens found him disruptive.
After years of struggling to be a normal chicken, this poor eagle's self esteem was pretty low. He hated himself. "Why am I so big and awkward and unusual looking?" he would wonder. "Why can I not find satisfaction in those things that satisfy the other chickens?"
"Is this all there is to life?" he agonized, "Where's the thrill and excitement?"
He began to do more and more disruptive things just to get a little bit of excitement. He was starved for action and adventure, so he tried to make up his own thrilling dramas around the chicken coop. Other chickens caught on to his discontent and called him selfish, disordered, and a trouble maker. The poor eagle took it all to heart and became depressed.
One day, high overhead the young eagle saw another eagle soaring high in the sky. It took his breath away. For that moment he felt a surge of recognition. He felt something stirring and he felt more alive than he ever had.
In his excitement he told his family of chickens what he saw and they scoffed at him. "Flying is risky, irresponsible and impractical," the chickens warned. When will you grow up and join the pecking order of this chicken coop. Why can't you be more like your peers?"
The young eagle was shamed and disheartened. He felt hopeless and alone as he fell to sleep that night.
The next day, to his delight, he spotted that same eagle soaring up above. And this time the soaring bird let out the cry of an eagle.
.The moment the young eagle heard this cry something unexpected happened. The young eagle raised by the chickens found his body lurching and his throat contracting. Uncontrollably his entire being responded to that eagle's cry with his own majestic eagle cry.
He was astonished. "What Had just happened?" "Did that glorious sound come from me? Chickens don't make that sound! ....Only eagles do....Wait!....Only eagles do!"
The young eagle, fully aware of what he truly was, stretched out his wings for the first time and flew. He was no longer imprisoned by the chicken coop, because he was no longer imprisoned by the idea that he had to be a chicken.
Nothing could contain him anymore.
A chicken coop can only coop chickens; it cannot stop an eagle from soaring when he hears his call.

This is so me
Guardian angel flicks the switch on!
When I was 19 years of age. I lost my shitty job at Mcdonalds. I was practising DJing and I was pretty awesome but I lived in a small town and I wasn’t really respected for Djing in the town because I wasn’t playing soulless commercial garbage.
I had no backup skills I was a failure in high school I was quite down and I took some acid and experienced a pretty rough trip. The thing that happened next was nothing short of miraculous it was like there was a strange entity guiding me and showing me just how good my music was. Even my mother’s clairvoyant was raving on about me and the guardian angel carrying me because I couldn’t walk myself there were footprints in the snow then there were none for a while is what the clairvoyant said because she said i was being carried by the angel.
Since that experience my confidence has soared and still is soaring 5 years late. I just had this sheer optimism that got me through. I am wondering does this ring a chord with other ADHD minds. All of a sudden it was like someone had flicked a switch in me I wanted to have a kickass life and be the best person I could be. Being the best person I can be is my highest goal.
Is this a common occurring theme with other adhd minds?

Looking forward to catching up with the tribe.
I am looking forward to catching up with the tribe tomorrow for our informal ADHD meetup. I always love meeting up with like minded souls. I get a huge rush of motivation after hanging out with my mentor he’s quite a big influence.
I’ve just started reading the book Tribal Leadership. So far i’ve learnt that you shouldn’t look down on people on lower tribal stages. They see life from a different level of perception than you they feel that they don’t have a choice which is pretty sad they don’t see any other options.
I am having issues at home and I am moving out. I am staying at a friends house while I look for a new place to live it’s quite stressful at the moment. Though I will not allow this to slow me down it’s near impossible to dampen my spirits. Be careful not to be too impulsive when selecting housemates choose wisely.
