I’ve been thinking a lot about what separates brands that live from those that just launch.

Go lean: you save money, but your message may come across as scattered, and your packaging could be forgettable.
For me, strong branding has always been the silent salesperson. It builds trust and keeps people loyal to the brand long before they buy.
