Melody's tale part 3

Can we talk about this scene from Ponyo? For context, Ponyo and Soske (Forgive me if I spelled that wrong.) found a couple with a young baby. Ponyo kinda mind melds with the baby to figure out he's hungry and tried to give him soup. His mother explains he's too little for normal food and can only drink milk. She then adds that if she eats the soup it would help her make milk for the baby. Ponyo responds by giving the woman a lot of sandwiches.

As the two kids leave, Ponyo stares back toward the couple as the baby begins to cry and the mother realizes he has a cold and Ponyo makes this face. Am I the only one getting 'OH HECK NO!' vibes from this face?
