The classic FNAF games all came out really quickly but when I look back, it doesn’t feel like it. 2014 was FNAF 1 and FNAF 2, 2015 was FNAF 3 and FNAF 4, 2016 was Sister Location, and 2017 was FNAF 6. Only three years. How quick that is only recently dawned on me because back then I was around 10 years old, and when you’re that young, a single year feels like an eternity. In fact, the three months I’d be out for summer break each year felt like so long that when I started school again in August seeing everyone again felt weird because it was like seeing someone you hadn’t seen in decades. Now it’s just like okay, summer break just began yesterday, I blinked, college starts again next week. Mind you I started following the franchise after the release of 3, so I was there for the release of 4 onward, so it was only two years before 6 but that’s so crazy because it feels like there had to have been at least five years between FNAF 4 and FNAF 6? The way your perception of time changes as you age is crazy.
