Listen, I'm having fun playing with the ultra patriotic voice, but after a couple years in blue-collar landscaping jobs, you really do need to phrase things like that.
"I'm pretty sure that fella ain't here legally."

They hate being preached to. If you pull out words like 'gender wage gap' they'll tell you you're brainwashed by the far left media.
"He's one of them transgenders."
"He got freedoms too, Jimmy."
Also, please understand that SO often the real issue these people have is that they just want to say something inappropriate. They don't like being told they can't say "fag", so they'd say it for a reaction, just like a teenager would.
Shut down the conversation without reacting.
"His dick, not mine" will get you much further to shutting that guy down than "well it's really inappropriate to call someone a slur while I'm the job site".
And that's the point. To shut them up. To make them quit saying shit like that. The first one makes him seem kinda weird for caring about what that guy does with his dick. The second one gives him something to fight against and make a big deal about.

Cannot overstate how many flavours of bullshit disguised as political opinion can be shut down by “none of my business” or “don’t be rude”
"You're better than that" is one of my favourites. It makes it clear that what they're saying is wrong, that they should know it's wrong, and that they're disappointing you. At Christmas, my dad said something homophobic, and "Come on, Dad, it's Christmas and you're better than that" shut it down.

Kissy: mhm
Therapist: what cat things do you like?
Kissy: Well I like chasing things and sometimes scratching and biting
Therapist: do you like boxes?
Kissy: OMG i LOVE boxes

Embracing this belief, our mission is to encourage the acceptance and acknowledgment of these inner selves as a vital path to healing and personal growth. We see this approach as the future of psychology, where understanding and integrating our inner selves can lead to profound healing and self-awareness.
We encourage all members, whether plural or singular, to explore their inner worlds, embrace their parts, and foster a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. This community is dedicated to supporting one another on this journey, sharing insights, and exploring the possibilities that come with accepting and celebrating all aspects of who we are.
