Welcome to the Adorak AU! As the name suggests, in this AU Adora is Hordaks Daughter. Why? Because it's neat! Here we'll post edits and ideas we come up with. Do note that we do this for fun so it will be a pretty laid back blog.

Welcome to the Official Adorak AU Blog!

The premise is simple: Adora as Hordaks daughter.

What does she look like? How does she act? How would the story change?

Those are some of the questions we’ll be exploring in simple edits and other media on this blog.

Roles will be switched around, different endings played with and thought about, and there’s going to be a lot of clones.

The Tag System:

#AdorakAU contains all our posts, wether it be simple edits or deep lore.

#Lore contains just that, lore. Some of the things we thought up for this AU.

#Characters will be filled with any posts focused on Characters and their Relationships and Interactions.

#Catradorak will be our specific Catradora tag. All content for the ship will go in there, so if it’s not your thing, there’s your blacklist option.

Characters will be tagged accordingly, as you would expect.

It should be noted that this blog is just for us to make our edits and ideas public. Posting schedule will depend on wether or not we have any new edits to share or ideas to talk about, so there might be some content droughts. This place is supposed to be fun for us as much as it is for you so we’ll stand by our irregular schedule. With that said, enjoy whatever we do post!

Is there any Sexual Dimorphism in clone/Horde Prime's race? I know that in Cannon they are all male. But with Adorak being a girl is there any difference for her? (like does she get claws or maybe she gets brighter/dimmer colors)

Adorak is an exception.

We've been playing with the idea that her being female was a conscious choice made sometime during her childhood. She decided it fit her better, so Hordak and Entrapta got to work at changing up her DNA or something.

I think Clones would be very malleable in terms of physiology, what with being designed and all.

So there might not be much Dimorphism, besides the obvious male vs female you know from other species. At least, things that we know of.

Hello, question, about Adoradak.

Much like Hordak does Adoradak talk in BIG BOMBASTIC TERMS. Like you know everything she says is a big bombastic speech. Before eventually calming down and talking normally?

It's probably made more apparent when she becomes She-Ra and tries to put on more of a performance, but who's to say she didn't pick up the habit from fear old dad?

Her Vocabulary is probably bigger and louder than most folks, yes.

Hey guys, I'm a bit curious; would imp and adorak have depression slumps of inactivity thinking about their sibling? It's a small thing compared to the war, but I have to wonder do those two miss their sibling bondings moments and just kind of slump and do nothing for a day or two thinking of each other.

They might not end up doing nothing exactly, Adorak being She-Ra and Imp being in the Fright Zone (Not exactly a relaxing Space to be), but they'd have times where the feeling that something is missing would grow stronger, yes.

When Adorak got older and Hordak grew more obsessed with the War (and the Portal Project) they didn't really have much besides each other.

What if Adorak could tell/pick out Hordak out of all the clones on Prime's ship. It could be something she just instinctively knows. (You could also say Entrapta could as well with how much longer she has spent with Hordak) I just think it would be neat/funny if Prime was like "Oh you must be curious about your creator" summoning a clone to the room, and Adorak just being "Yeah, no that isn't my dad."

She could probably tell him apart immediately, yeah.

Frequency of his heartbeat, tilt of his ears, rhythm of his breathing.

For about 20 years he was the only other person that looked like her. Before the whole "She-Ra vs. The Evil Horde" Thing they would have been pretty close.

It would be really funny if Prime lost Hordak tho. He genuinely thought he brought the right clone so when Adorak finally picks Hordak out of the crowd, internally Prime is like "Oh thank Me, there's the emotional ammo" lol

Idea: What if as part of the 'good ending' Adorak figuring out a way to balance out her clone DNA and her first ones DNA. She also figures out a way to balance out Hordak's DNA issues. (got to help dad out after all)

We don't think they'd ever get rid of the "defect". It's a part of them and while She-Ra's magic and Prime's Tech might help them manage it better in day to day life they'll likely just live with it honestly.

Entrapta loves fizzy drinks and tiny food. Could we see Hordak trying fizzy drinks, experiencing carbonation and Entrapta finding his puzzled reaction adorable?
