Rabat was quite different from all the other cities that we've visited in Morocco. And it was not the tram, the modern architecture, the impressive cars that stunned us the most. It was all the loving young couples that we came across. In no other city in Morocco you will see couples openly walk around holding hands or flirting. In Rabat we saw this everywhere. It was such a lovely sight. I kept thinking about the struggles couples had to deal with when they first started showing affection in public.
