i haven't been keeping up with the new season but what is the copying thing that's happening in fandom?

According to the leaks from a con, the creators used Jade Turtle as the name for transformed turtle miraculous–the name that was first published and made popular by @thelastpilot, character designs are pretty similar as well. My two cents is that there isn’t much of a case here from legal point of view, but it really tarnishes the morality and the reputation of the creator team as it is suspicious.
