I have a lot to say about this post but to make a long story short, this is called mania my past self. You were diagnosed bipolar type 2 in 2017, upped to BP1 in 2019. It’ll take a while but you’ll eventually be okay.

Going through my old posts is cathartic and very saddening seeing the pain I went through- the pain I don’t remember because of mania.

I’ve been thinking of making a gaint social media post about mental illness but i dont feel like i owe anyone an explanation for how I was back in high school. I owned up to my actions and faced the consequences regardless of my mental state.
