This is a cruel, ingenious arrangement. The breathing hood has just one rather generously sized hole, life is comfortable for the wearer, but the ball gag is a game changer, most of the time, the hood pulls tight on the ball which block off the hole as my wearer desperately tries to inhale. She had to exhale every last drop of air to inflate and clear the blockage and allow just the smallest volume of air back in before the plastic clamps tight against the ball once more. She had to develop a breathing strategy before we panic sets in. Her drooling and condensation increase, the challenge grows as time passes. How much longer?
