I'm both amused and appalled that somebody's career is hanging on the success or, much more likely, failure of the Whopperito.

The newest Sharpie Clearview Highlighter commercial uses the words ācomes in a new formatā to communicate that it is now available in a long narrow pen and a short wide pen.Ā I ADORE the use of ānew formatā to describe a physical object.Ā I wonder how long it took them to settle on that wording, and if they landed there because they think the generation in high school and college in 2016 only recognizes IT words.
This commercial must be so confusing to non-American tourists because the American convention that the first person to touch the check has to pay it is not commonly known outside the US.Ā
Iām looking at gameplay of the canceled version of Resident Evil 2 that got leaked a few years ago and I forgot that they were going to have product placement with Pepsi
this is really fucking funny to me idk why
this is fucked up. somebody please desaturate the colors on the pepsi machine so it matches the surroundings
Saturate it more. Everyone needs to notice it.
you guys are killin me here
I dunno⦠I think if I were playing iād notice the zombie more than the pepsi. Desaturate the zombie or remove them from the game completely. Just some advice from someone who took a class in marketing.
But now it looks like the person is running from the pepsi, and thatās not good for their brand
The person is pointing a gun at the product Fix it
HOLY SHIT
Those famous "Can you hear me now?" commercials are back. But this time, they're pitches for Sprint, not Verizon.
This is a huge coup on Sprintās part.Ā The ācan you hear me nowā commercials were played and parodied so often that they became a cultural touchstone.Ā Now Sprint has lured the spokesman over to their network and theyāre going right for the jugular.Ā
I was wondering how they got around the legal ramifications of stealing another companyās commercials, but I guess actor Paul Marcarelli didnāt have a non-competition clause (or it expired,) and they very carefully donāt say āCan you hear me now?āĀ In the beginning he says āI used to ask if you could hear me now,ā which is a subtle but legally distinct difference.
Best parody sign ever
Sometimes ad spots are hidden in plain sight.
Not many journalism sources are unowned by corporate or political interests these days.
AdBlock is actually beneficial to advertisers as they then do not have to pay to show their ads to people who are the most likely group to not click on their ads.
ā¦AdBlock doesnāt undo the existence of the ads. It just blocks you from seeing them. Advertisers donāt pay by how many eyes are on the ad, they pay for the space to put it. Ads are purchased for the possibility that a consumer will see them. All AdBlock does is keep advertisers paying, but take that possibility away.
I love how George Takei is the face of Taco Bellās Quesalupa. That means that somewhere in an advertising agency meeting someone decided George Takei was the celebrity icon for the youth market.
