@advjongin-blog
plots - all of the things written below are a starting point weâd probably have to plot more around :)
firetruck - Anyone stubbornÂ
Theyâre friends. Just friends, but their relationship confuses everyone around them into thinking that theyâre more. These two stubborn kids refuse to back down from a challenge, doing their best to make the other feel uncomfortable with a barrage of dirty jokes, flirting, and inappropriate touching, trying to get the other to say âfiretruckâ and admit defeat.Â
FearsÂ
Someone asks Jongin if thereâs something heâs afraid of, and they might get frustrated at some of the responses he comes up with at first, but they do uncover some real things that maybe only Jongin would be afraid of.
Just doing my jobÂ
So Jonginâs rock climbing jobs involves him to be pretty touchy some times, and youâre not exactly a star student. Which is maybe why you get a lot of mix ( maybe creepy ) vibes from his motivational messages, and his hand placements when pushing you forward.Â
toxic

Nostalgia is a disgusting feeling. Whatever pleasure thatâs gained from remembering, is quickly dissipated once the realization of what was lost hits. Jongin hated it, and himself for being too weak not to succumb to it from time to time. Tonight was one of those times, finding himself at their place. He still mentally referred to it as theirs, when really he became the lone king of the jungle gym, night after night that she didnât show. Their place was a small playground, consisting only of a slide, some monkey bars, two swings, and a snake tunnel. It was also only guarded by a small wire fence, easily jumped over to get in, and out in case the night watch rolled by.
Whatever was magical about this place in the past was lost, but that didnât stop the existing hope in Jongin from believing he could find something by being here when he was missing her. Like maybe she left him a note here since she couldnât reach him, buried under the wood chips, or a secret message written in sharpie under the slide. Jongin had to admit that he had called all the numbers scrawled into structure, getting some questionable ones in the process. Even now he gave the place a look around for that exact thing, finding nothing interesting seemed to be around until he gave a quick peek inside the snake tunnel and saw another dark figure inside.
âOh, shit sorryâ he called after standing up really quickly, feeling awkward to know that he wasnât alone all this time. He contemplated leaving now, regretting that he even made the journey. Â Â

Jongin worked two jobs to support himself, and both were pretty lenient with him. As long as he showed up on time, did his thing, and had no complaints he wasnât expected to lose his job anytime soon. However company dinners were ârecommendedâ and showing up in his actual work attire, as comfortable as he was in spandex, was pretty frowned upon. So he was suit and tie for the event, but didnât mean much else about him was proper. By the end of the night he had his whole table of workmates cheering, âchug chug chug!â in the middle of a traditional restaurant. Unfortunately, he didnât remember much after that and woke up on a bus bench, wiping the saliva that dripped out of his mouth with the back of his hand. Later heâd find out that his co-workers did order him a cab, but he never woke up to give a location, so they ditched him that.
When realization shocked him out of his sleeping daze, he patted himself down until he found his wallet, safely secured in his breast pocket, and let out a relieved sigh. A big digital clock alerted him that it was 8am, work didnât start for another 4 hours, and his stomach started yelling at him for not feeding it anything. âShut up you,â he said to it, giving it a nice little rub, âhow does coffee sound?â Coffee came to mind because it was close, and he wasnât confident he could even make it any farther than that. After ordering he took a seat in the back, away from the sun, and straightened his tie a little. Heâd make a plan to get home later, when his whole body wasnât regretting last night.
