The Italian brand’s new 10L tank bag promises to strike a balance in space, size & trail durability.
After a year of multi-day adventures across the Southwest, this Mosko Moto setup has become our go-to kit for longer trips. The R80 Rackless System, Hood Tank Bag, First Aid Kit, and Tent Pole Bag have carried all our camping, tools and camera gear with zero drama. Plenty of room without feeling overloaded, and the design just makes things easy when you’re packing and unpacking every day. The adjustable harness fits just as well on a 390R as a T7, and the durability has been solid. Gotta love how the bright colors pop too! We’ve been fine‑tuning the setup on our T7 test mule, and one aftermarket upgrade that’s turned out to be quite useful for hauling gear is the Black Dog Helo Pad. By replacing the passenger seat with this oversized 20” x 12” platform, you not only open up a big, flat cargo area but also shift some of the weight away from the tail for improved handling. With the Helo Pad, you can strap gear inline with the bike instead of letting it bulge off the sides, which keeps the profile narrow for tight trails or cutting through traffic. Built from 1/4‑inch 6061 aluminum and powder‑coated for durability, the new V2 design adds angled sides that work well with loop‑style soft bags, plus multiple tie‑down openings keep awkward-shaped loads in check. Emergency preparedness is one of those things that’s easy to overlook, right up until something happens deep in the backcountry and help is hours away. One essential piece of equipment that’s earned a permanent spot in our backcountry exploration setup is the Mosko Moto First Aid Kit. It’s designed for the kinds of injuries riders actually deal with: bleeding, burns, and broken bones. The basics are all there: SAM splint, self‑adherent bandages, shears, a tourniquet, wipes, bandaids, and more. Plus there’s extra room to customize (we added an instant cold pack) or you can purchase just the bag system and fill it with your preferred medical items. The bag system consists of an inner ripstop organizer that keeps everything sorted, while the rugged, waterproof outer bag matches Mosko’s Aux Pox shape, so it slides into their holsters or attaches easily to the outside of your luggage with Molle Stix or straps. The bright red color and first‑aid cross also make it easy for anyone in your group to spot it fast. More at link: https://moskomoto.com/collections/accessories/products/first-aid-kit
