What is going on? The people in Okuran's class never seemed to care about him before. Didn't they bully him in the first episode?

The music pause and that guy just sitting there was kind of funny and creepy at the same time

Last time on DDD: Okuran became "friends" with the evil eye, Momo is on babysitting duty with Jiji/Evil Eye and now we're back to the main plot.
