I have a question, Are there any updates with the upcoming return of the return of el malefico comic? if so, how many characters are gonna be in the comic? (i really hope seeing midcarda, lonestar or mama in there 🙏🏼)

The El Malefico comic is ongoing.  You may have to be a little patient with me as I am working with Osteoarthritis in both my hands, so I can't work as fast as I could before.

As I mentioned, I have plotted out a start, middle and end, but how I get there is dictated by the drawings.  I am planning on a Headmistress/Hasbeena/Midcarda story arc, but everything else will just fall into place.  The three mascaritas will of course be there, but I'm not planning on them being the main focus.

And again just to be clear, this is a no-budget project which means if any paid work comes along, I do have to give that preference.

But so far it's a lot of fun, and I think you will find some new and interesting sides to some of the characters...

Doomien just may be the series' most underrated episode...

As I've mentioned, due to the fact producing a lot of these episodes was such an intense experience, it has been years since I've watched some of them. This one is just brilliant. He didn't get a writing credit of course, but the dialogue was all Gabe Swarr's. I held on to a copy of his first draft storyboard for this episode for years. Unfortunately when interest in the series seemed to cool around 2017 - plus the fact I had to downsize because of my move to the UK - I regretfully had to part with all my storyboard copies.

Really enjoying revisiting and re-familiarizing myself with these great episodes.

Everyone gets the 'Legion Of Doomien' reference, right?

What would masked students look like in casual clothes? 1# La Piñata and Dragonfly

Piñata dresses in the Hime Gyaru (Gyaru Princesa) style.

Dragonfly's look is inspired by the Yamanba Gyaru style, like its extravagant makeup on her mask and voluminous, multicolored hairstyle. She wears beach-style clothing, a variety of accessories, pearls (fakes) and hibiscus flowers (Also fakes).

Headcanon: Sonic Sumo's mom still has several of her Japanese fashion magazines (including Gyaru style magazines) from when she was younger. When La Piñata found them, she started looking at them a lot and borrowing them, occasionally showing them to her classmates, including Dragonfly. But more than once she had to ask Sonic Sumo to translate them because they were in Japanese.
