“There’s great stuff in it now,” Affleck said. “It just needs to get better and better. It’s the same way I felt about (Live By Night) when I was prepping it, it’s just that no one was asking me questions because nobody gave a shit, because there wasn’t any click-throughs.”

“It took me a year plus to get (Live By Night) ready to launch. Hopefully it won’t take me that long for Batman. We’re working, I think we’re ahead of the curve, and we’re excited,” he added.

It is funny but I do feel bad for him. It’s just who he is. And if you’re not smiling or loving life 24/7 the media think there’s something wrong with you. Ben’s an introvert, always has been.

Hello. Why is Ben unhappy ? Why did he take so much weight ? Do you have any information ?

I mean I think that’s just the way Ben is. He’s never been incredibly comfortable in front of the press or at awards shows.

He has a lot on his plate right now. He’s had a long 2016 with several films, promotional tours, finishing editing his own film, writing and trying to put together the Batman movie. It would tire anyone out I think. Plus he has a lot of pressure on him with the discourse surrounding the Batman solo. He’s just exhausted. 

As for the weight he’s always been a big guy. He hates working out so he cant always be in Batman shape. People should let the guy live.
