How do you eat so healthy? 😭 I try to stick to a diet but fail after 3 days

honestly, i don’t “diet” because it leads to obsessing and overthinking food. it took time for me to get to this point, but it’s really just about finding what healthy foods you like and swapping out the unhealthy stuff.

so for example, i don’t eat dessert most days. this is because i have protein bars or sometimes homemade sf hot cocoa, which is what i want more than ice cream most days.

also, plan ahead. make eating healthy easy by prepping your foods or having low-effort meals. you won’t always want to spend 2hrs each night making dinner.
