very basic fuzzy neo lore:

he was neo agent 3, but grizz just before his defeat used super condensed fuzzy ooze or smth to mutate him into this bear thing like a last ditch effort to keep his goals alive. Neo's mind is all scrambled up though so he's not really much of a threat. His memories of his past as an octoling are fuzzy and difficult to recall. He's just this feral thing that runs around on all fours, growling and sniffing, will bite if startled
