Everything was getting confusing, she didnât know why she was thinking that maybe she could actually do some good for once in her life. And not just be a killer for hire. After that first meeting, she had not heard anything from anyone and the small little âhopeâ, in her had died down slightly. Ignoring that now, she just walked through the little crowds that seemed to always gather at intersections.
Making a face at some of the looks she got, what had they not seen a tattoo clad girl with a piercing through her nose. Grumbling a bit she turned down an alley to get away from prying eyes, before she came upon a less crowded area and it put her mind to ease slightly. Not only so she could calm down her own thoughts, but to do it without being looked at like she was some alien.
Raine looked down for a second and jolted right back up as she ran into the back of someone. Of course she wasnât going to admit that she ran into the back of someone else. She would demand why they had stopped moving.Â
"Whats the big idea?" She said in a annoyed tone, raising an eyebrow at the person infront of her.
The hard jolt almost took Abigail by surprised enough that she feel...almost. She managed to correct her balance and take a deep breath to keep from turning and shotting the idiot that ran into her. When she was sure she wouldn't pull her gun, Abigail turned with a tight lipped smile, eyes burning at the girl. She knew the expression was terrifying. She had turned the look on thousands of her soldiers in SWORD. " I think the big deal is that you need to learn to watch where you are going." She did not yell but her words were very clear. Abigail fought to relax and let irritation bleed out. the girl looked young and pissed out. Abigail knew what that was like.
