🍫 1. Customizable Trail Mix
You can add anything you like ! Some ideas include: yogurt melts, cereal, baby puffs snack, goldfish crackers, popcorn, chocolate chips, mnms (or other candies if u like), freeze or regular dried fruit, mini marshmallows, nuts/seeds (if not allergic) etc. (the options for this one are endless, it’s probably my fav out of these since its SUPER customizable u can make it exactly how YOU WANT YAY ! 🥳
(you could even make this into a fun activity (by urself or with a caregiver) by adding the different ingredients to bowls like a buffet & designing ur own special trail mix bowl ! 🥣 ✨
Can be sweet (PB&J, banana & honey) or savory (cheese, turkey, hummus, etc). Again SUPER customizable (u can make it any way you want) !
(option to make sandwiches into cute shapes (mini squares, triangles, or even use small cookie cutter for fun shapes like hearts !💖)
🥤 3. Protein Shakes / Protein Milk
A good low energy option and a bit more filling than regular milk (you can get any premade protein shakes/milks) lots of flavors and dairy or plant based options
💡 Substitute ideas if u don’t like protein shakes: fruit smoothies ! (again premade ones for low energy)
you can make ur own shakes or smoothies if u want but i’d highly advise NOT USING A BLENDER (if u are currently not in a state of mind where using a blender would be safe for u either make it ahead of time when ur not regressed or ask someone to help u make it safely !)
A fun mix of little snacks, ideas to include: cheese cubes, fruit, veggies with dip, crackers, and a few treats. (or anything u prefer !)
(this one can also be a fun activity similar to option 1 ! other ideas to make it more comforting/fun: cute sectioned plate (as shown in the pic), or just any plates that make u happy, u can also make the snacks into cute shapes etc. ! )

So once again this is a very customizable snack, you can add anything u like: granola, fruit, honey, or mini chocolate chips, cookies anything u want !
I love the cute ideas like the pics & think it would be fun to make but you can also keep it simple with just yogurt or a few toppings if u prefer :) !
🥛 6. Milk (Dairy or Plant-Based)
Refreshing and comforting on its own or paired with a treat.
💡 Substitutes: Juice, water, or any drink you enjoy.
(option to put the milk in a cute cup or bottle if u want !)
Ideas: Cookies, muffins, oat bites, graham crackers, etc.
💡 Tip: Pair one (or more) with milk for a cozy, simple snack combo.
(activity idea: making/decorating cookies or other fun snacks (with help if needed ! AGAIN pls for safety reasons do not use an oven or anything remotely dangerous if u are not in the state of mind to use those! )
