Without getting into Spoilers : Any fun facts about the Gardenview Mains?
ALSO are we gonna see other toons in Gardenview? Like The Circus Trio (Looey, Yatta and Blot), Rodger and Toodles, Connie, etc etc? Or is that too Spoiler-y to ask?
Sprout:
- He's not just a baker, he also cooks, but he is pretty mid at both
- He gets chilly easily so he wears his scarf everywhere
- Sprout is very overprotective which causes him to be pretty curt with others if they put themselves in harms way, hence why he got so fussy with shelly
- We headcanon his voice to be Vincent Tong (aka kai from ninjago)
Vee:
- She always wanted to host a gameshow, so she'll randomly ask people trivia for fun when shes bored or wants attention
- we headcanon that she has a natural transatlantic accent (although i headcanon that lots of toons in inkwell have a transatlantic accent lol)
(funfact! the transatlantic accent is a made up accent for TV actors in the early 20th century, around when the rubberhose animation started to emerge, to blend the british and american accents so that films could be marketed towards both Great Britain and the USA!)
- She is pretty micromanage-y, But its because she just wants everyone to have the most fun possible! although she is a dictator when it comes to game night.
Astro
- it is rare to see him awake. He's easy to wake up, but he will fall right back asleep as soon as he gets the chance
- Loves to read and sing, he hums to himself a lot.
- Gives a lot of unsolicited advice. He worries about his friends alot but doesnt know how to go about it.
Shelly (you'll get to know the most about her but might aswell give some non spoiler-y funfacts)
- Really likes picking up new hobbies. She likes to knit, sew, bake, read, run, journal, etc. although shes not very good at any of these (except for running, shes very fast)
- She likes puzzles a lot! whether its a jigsaw puzzles, or word games shes always excited to solve it!
- Shes super curious and will ask everyone to over explain everything
- She loves to collect and horde things that may have historical or sentimental value
Pebble (you'll also get to know a lot about him)
- LOVESS dandy. thats his papa
- loves to do tricks for people who are sad, but when he does a flip he constantly gets stuck on his back
- hides peoples valuables so ppl give him more attention
- barks ALOT. hes very loud
