MGE concept: Living Scarecrow
-Living Scarcrow: Inanimate Objects family. The idea is that they are often formed from well-maintained and cared-for Scarcrows passively absorbing SE. As they become more prominent, they're actually used as a way to get early signs of Demonic Energy saturating the area. They're relatively passive and caring, enjoying the day on their stand while watching over the fields. They don't attack humans and only care for their Farmer and the Farmer's family. (Depending on the circumstances, they will simply assist the family and are content. As a result, they are the ones approached with romantic advances. usually by one of the Farmer's sons after coming of age.) Body types can vary and be altered by how much straw they have inside of them. The main opening is on their backs, and they often need help changing their straw. (Other orifices do not connect to the inside for straw. Basically, magic Tardis logic. with how they're able to eat and such) along with being able to feel how much DE is building in the land, keeping track for their farmers, along with helping on the land along their usual duties. (due to their passive nature and usefulness as living DE detectors of sorts, they're pressence is tolerated by the Order as tools. Living Scarecrows are often only aggressive when it comes to "Pests" (devil bugs, Rats) and Tresspassers, often scaring them off the land. they're biggest rivals being, Black Harpys. (because crows. XD)
