I am writing a book, hoping to change and save lives. Please support me through this journey. I have battled with depression, anxiety, sexual and domestic abuse, eating disorders, suicidal thoughts and self harm, alcohol abuse, drugs, lack of confidence, self esteem, general dating. I am now thankfully recovered and I am writing a guide book on how to overcome some of these issues to reach a wider audience to help people, and stop them suffering the way I had to in silence. I do have a personal tumblr which I will give to people I have built relationships with. This will also be a help and support page, ANYONE can come here and vent, or ask for advice. This is not promoting depression or any mental illness’s. Instead we will battle through them, together!
