Today, I received a call from the Ministry of Health telling me to prepare for travel to Egypt to receive treatment and a prosthetic leg. For a moment, I felt hope again, but that happiness quickly turned into worry and sadness.
I am from Gaza, and I lost my leg during the war. Since then, every day has been a struggle. My biggest dream is simple: to walk again, regain my independence, and live with dignity.
Unfortunately, I do not have a passport, and I cannot afford the travel expenses. I need about $700 to cover the costs required for my treatment journey, and I have no way to gather this amount on my own.
I shared my story hoping that kind people would help me reach this goal. I am deeply grateful to everyone who read my words, shared my story, prayed for me, or tried to support me in any way.
Although I have not been able to raise the funds I need, I still hold on to hope. This opportunity could change my life forever, but I am afraid of losing it simply because I cannot afford the expenses.
If my story touches your heart, please keep me in your prayers. Any support, no matter how small, could bring me one step closer to receiving my prosthetic leg and walking again. Thank you for your kindness and compassion. ❤️🙏🏻
