Ok here’s my theory for the big twist - because The Night Stalker was creepily resurrected, and despite being shot a few times by Margaret, Jingles is maybe alive, I think there’s something supernatural going on at Camp Redwood, like a Murder House/Hotel Cortez type thing where ghosts come back. I think that the survivors of the camp will, when they escape, all agree to go back and stop whatever the camp does if it happens again (think ‘It’ meets AHS). I think that, because Sarah Paulson and Lily Rabe are (apparently) in Episode 7, they’ll be playing the older versions of Montana and Brooke (maybe Montana has changed her name to Sally McKenna - Paulson’s character in Hotel - you know that theory) and they, along with grown up Chet and Xavier, and maybe Donna and Trevor, all come back to the camp to stop it once and for all, and the latter half of the season is the grown up versions of the kids (although they’re not ‘kids’ it’s just easier). And certain scenes from the trailer haven’t appeared in the episodes yet (spin the bottle scene) and I doubt that Ryan would include that scene in the trailer if it was going to be cut from the episode. So I think that the next half of the season will be about the grow up versions of the characters, but have flashbacks to things we didn’t initially see in the first few episodes.
