Myoho is doing much better now. She had to relearn a lot of basic tasks, like breathing underwater to start. Over the last few weeks I have seen her gain strength and retrain her once oxygen starved brain to learn the world she knew all over again. It had been a long patient process. When she was reintroduced to water she had forgotten all that she once knew.. She realized this and spent days on her dock, only putting her head underwater. Slowly she found ways to submerse more of herself on the safety of her dock. A few days ago she realized she was also safe on her ramp. She can completely submerse herself and easily reach air. Now she looks over the ramp, ever more curious about the rest of her home. She almost jumped of it several times but then hesitated. I am encouraged by her energy and curiosity.
