Some of your books make it seems like you believe in actual literal magic, do you? ()
I can write down a few words and make people thousands of miles away, whom I have never met and will never meet, laugh tears of joy and cry tears of true sorrow for people who do not exist and have never existed and never will exist. If that isn't actual literal magic I don't know what is.

đ what is pilates?
pilates is a form of strength training exercise that focuses on low to medium impact movements to improve muscle tone, stability, endurance, and mobility. pilates also focuses more on the smaller muscles of the body compared to traditional strength or weight training.
đ benefits of pilates
including the benefits that exercise generally brings, pilates:
improves mind-body connection and body control
improves active flexibility and mobility
works the core, improving stability
improves coordination and balance
reduces mental and physical stress
works muscles that can be neglected in our daily lives
treats and prevents body pain, including menstrual pain
teaches you how to pair your breath with your body
keeps the joints healthy without putting pressure on them

while you can absolutely start with studio or reformer classes, you can also do pilates routines on youtube! i recommend move with nicole and dansique fitness. if you want to get your cardio in as well, i absolutely recommend eleni fit. her workouts are some of the best iâve ever tried!
đ personal tips
keep your core in mind. core strength is a major benefit of pilates because each movement requires at least a mild amount of core work to keep your body stable, so do your best to keep the engagement throughout.
start slow. pilates movements can take a while to fully understand and it can take a while to build the mind-body connection, so donât push yourself too far in the beginning. your coordination will improve over time!
donât underestimate it! while the movements are generally slower than other types of exercise, you will work your muscles just as much and in a way they may not have been worked before. sometimes i even find pilates more difficult than hiit or weights!

the saying "you are what u eat" is TRUE. a quote that rly resonated with me and inspired this post was : you are what u eat, so dont be fast, cheap, easy, fake and not enough.
drink water - buy urself a cute water bottle and DRINK WATER. water is literally life. literally just drink water, its so worth it, for ur skin, hair, nails, immune system etc
TAKE UR VITAMINS
start drinking teas - i started drinking peppermint tea before bed every single day and its so PLEASANT and it literally improves ur health on multiple different levels. drink herbal teas, find one that u rly like and indulge in it. one that i rly loved was peach and strawberry oolong tea. one that i also rly recommend is green tea
this is your reminder that if you want to start new healthy habits in 2024, you should start incorporating them now so by january, they will be part of your routine and you wonât have to worry about going from 0 to 100 all at once đŤśđź

That Girl Habits, 2024
2024 is coming up faster then we think it is, itâs time to become that girl now.
- Five minutes of mirror work everyday
Mirror work can benefit your confidence levels. This is where you look at yourself positively in the mirror.
- Work on your goals a bit each day
This is self explanatory but itâs a good way to show improvement with yourself. Great habit to build.
- Add more fruits/veggies to your meals
I have an entire post dedicated to eating healthy, make sure to check it out. This is good for nourishing you.
- Treat yourself in small ways
Examples: coffee, sweets, skincare, baths, etc.
- Think of what youâre grateful for
Think about the good things you have in life. Tell yourself youâre grateful for how far youâve made it.
- Get 7-8 hours of sleep each night
The standard sleeping time is known as eight hours but seven works fine. Nothing less, nothing more.

Healing from betrayal
Just because someone else didn't choose you doesn't mean that connection wasn't special. I was, for a few months three years ago, the happiest I'd ever been in the longest time. I felt adored. I felt like someone had found me special.
He made me feel beautiful and appreciated. Yes, things didn't work out in my favor because money money, money, but it was a tremendous lovely experience. It was a beautiful era. For a time, someone made me feel like I'm worth calling up all his friends to impress me for our first meeting. Someone felt like teaching me how to skate with gentle, soft hands that I will never get to hold again. Someone did exert extreme effort to impress me. And he performed beyond my expectations. He was extraordinary to me. When he wants something, he excels like no other. It just sucks that he didn't want me enough to choose me over money, money, money. He chose the more convenient path. It's painful but it is what it is.
Honestly, despite calling him Sauron, I am grateful that someone made me feel beautiful. Things didn't work out for me but I was so happy. It was the happiest I had ever been. But it wasn't meant to be. He doesn't love me enough to choose me. Money money money. It hurts but that's life.
Someday, someone else will give me the love I long for. Someone will give me the one thing noon e has ever given me...consistency. That person must be something else because the Lord is saving me for him. His prayers must be powerful because it sends people to California to marry someone else. I am positive that it will be the most beautiful love story of my life.
