folks in 2012 were really portraying ajc as chemistryless and boring on the sole grounds that john......actually treated aj kindly, fought for/protected her, and didn't abuse, manipulate, or neglect her in any way. at all. i am still flabbergasted an entire freshman in high school later

#john being the one to train her & he resists the thoughts he has about fucking her because he knows it’s wrong & he can’t … 😵‍💫#he knows he’s in a position of power over her but FUCK … he wants to grab her so bad … < self prev tags, re: last post .... gaaahhhh

john just wanting so bad to vanquish the thoughts he has of grabbing aj and having his way with her whenever they train but they're too all-consuming at this point, plus hating himself and feeling like he's a disgusting gross perverted creep and maybe he should kill himself or pump himself full of drugs to purge it because he's SO wracked with guilt, he hates how he's attracted to aj especially in the wake of everything she's been through, god she deserves so much better than a vile lecher like him. on the flipside aj spends so much time with john he starts appearing in her casual dreams, which eventually graduate into him appearing in - and being the stone-cold focus of - her wet dreams... and soon she's fantasizing about john climbing through her bedroom window and her jumping into his arms and kissing him forcefully, visions of his hands all over her while he shows her how to do a move, and SHE winds up thinking SHE's the creep and she makes excuses to pause or lessen their training sessions because she thinks she's the one creeping john out when that couldn't be furthest from the truth and she reckons it's best to maintain her distance so that she doesn't drive john away. oh but john isn't being driven away, he's the one driving her away or so he thinks. john doesn't wanna see her leave, she doesn't wanna leave, and john doesn't wanna leave either. miscommunication galore, #gottaluvit
