"In Game" test for the Kalscov code - Used a jungle environment template map on UDK (Unreal Development Kit - http://www.unrealengine.com/udk/) and exported a JPEG Sequence to after effects and combined it with a blue screen composition of myself in appropriate costume!

Barrow Sixth Form Collage casting sessions - directed by Adam Pickford - Overall a very positive start to pre-production and character development. With 5 roles already sorted we are well on the way to starting the film by Easter!

After working at John Ruskin School for several months running an after school filmclub (2011-2012), this is what we created. The students were incredibly hard working and I taught them everything I knew about filmmaking. The students wanted to make something comic but unusual, the choice to go with a period/1940's setting presented an overall production challenge in costume and location.
Whilst studying at Barrow Sixth Form College I finished early to run the club at school on a monday night, I am very pleased with the commitment and effort that the students put into such a challenging project. I offered these students the chance to work with professional equipment and experience the level of work put into making movies!

The Kalscov Code - New Feature Film - 2012
I am currently working on completing my second feature movie, the first was completed in 2010 titled 'Indiana Jones and the Guardian Stones' making it a huge fan film. This year however, I have decided to go for something more original....
Why Feature over short?
To me a feature film is a way of challenging myself, I have created many short films but I do not get much out of it! After making the Indiana Jones movie I had learnt many new techniques in organisation, directing and structuring films - I will be applying these techniques to this year's production. I will however be working on a short film I can enter for a few film festivals!
This is a very serious production and I intend to get over 40 friends and associates involved in working on the movie. I will also be contacting Grizdale Arts who may be interested in screening the film in some public events. We will be shooting the film over the course of a year and I intend to move into post production in early 2013, I am producing and directing the film along with co-producer's Bobby Gard-Storry and Vincent Teetsov, two friends who are willing to help out.
I will not be giving away any information about the plot at this stage but we are well into pre-production with the script currently under development. Casting sessions have also been organsed and executed to establish my actors and begin releasing information to others.
I hope to begin shooting the film during the Summer holidays, its going to be a great challenge and a professional production!
