What’s on my mind is a simple formula to be happy:
You're beautiful and don't be worrying over unknowns either. Here is simple formula for being happy and everyone in my opinion, has the ability to be happy, just have to be willing. By willing I don't mean wishing. Wishing is not an action. Willing is the action of doing. Here is an example. If I'm sitting at a table and there is a glass of water on that table, I could be wishing to drink that glass of water forever and I will never drink that glass of water by wishing that. If I will reach for that glass of water and drink it, I drank it because I was willing to reach reach for it, grab it and drink it. I wasn't wishing that, I was willing to do that. You understand that difference between willing and wishing ? In my opinion, our lovely minds will be wishing to be willing before we will.
The simple formula to be happy is to be a more mindful than selfish on any given day. To be mindful is be thinking and doing for others. To be selfish is to be thinking and doing for myself.
So at the end of the day i ask myself was I more selfish or mindful today. The first time i do this is the start of to happy, I just have to be willing to start. Anything the fist time is the hardest but when I'm willing, it's not that hard at all. It's ironic. And that's how that works in my opinion.
