Tanaka never thought he would be standing in front of any of his classmate’s graves.  Especially not hers.  He stood motionless for a few minutes, simply staring at her name carved into the stone.  He gritted his teeth, fighting tears back from his eyes.  He took a deep breath, before sitting and letting out a sigh.  ”I….”  He tried to start, words stopping in his throat.  He took a moment to compose himself, starting again.  ”I’m sorry.  I….never got to say that…that I loved you.”

Basically Mukuro is still 100% a cold hearted killer if she is properly motivated she wasnt even in despair fever she just remembered a motivation to kill so she did it without feeling despair

While I'm at it, I decided on how everything went with Mukuro's canon for post despair. She got shuffled off to the Island, (I really like mixing up the classes?? IDK...IT'S FUN) and she seemed to be quiet and serious. However...

She picked someone already known to be in poor health--I'm thinking Nidai, and waited for him to injure himself while training. He came to her, and she gave him pills that knocked him out, then used a needle to put air in his veins, giving him a heart attack. She then tried to stage it as him having a heart attack after overworking himself. 

However, after some discussion at the trial, they began to argue that Nidai was a coach, and well aware of the point of which he would have to stop. At first, they accused Akane of pushing him too hard--Maybe attacking him until his heart stopped?

However, they eventually get to the realization that the heart attack must have been forced on him through another means. Someone--The detective, maybe? points out the strange dot that they found, and that it could have been a needle--And that inserting air into your veins will kill you.

After that, it was pretty much downhill for Mukuro, and after some fighting and arguing, she ends up confessing.

She urges everyone to participate in the mutual killings, because they would enjoy it, and it would speed up remembering who they are, how they got there, because after all, they're all--

and then she gets drug off to die, probably getting stabbed by needles or smth

"Hmm? You're not a bother at all--I enjoy helping people, Fujisaki-san. I have some painkillers--You should also probably modify how much time you spend in front of your computer screen--Every hour or so, take a few minutes to rest your eyes."

[Pulls out a simple headache medicine, and hands it to Chihiro as well.]

"Let me know if any of those problems persist...!"
