Well where do i start from ? i might try not be a partial Alumni of the college. But I had a memorable Two years of my life. The university gave me a platform to interact with students from various countries, know their culture, their food, learn about their habits and obtain a worldwide exposure living in greater Noida. Isnāt it a good deal ? I mean on professional point of view, you're trained to affect different flavors of individuals and on personal point of view you've got friends in many parts of the world.
Sports and cultural activities
Ā the university gives you a good platform to perform, coordinate in making one among the simplest cultural fest within the region. However there areĀ good Sports activity place and events provided for various activities. the college also organizes a sports fest called VERVE and is also a participant of the GGSIPU events.
Education
Surely not one among the brightest students hence education comes after cultural and sport activities :P. What I personally feel it depends on you on what you aim for ? If you actually want to be a decent professional there are all the resources, decent labs, good infrastructure and young energetic faculty to support you simply if you're in search of knowledge. I had seen students senior to me placed in decent companies . Then there have been also students not completing the course in desired time. Hence a college may be a podium to perform and yes JIMS may be a pretty decent one.
Hostel and Campus Life
The hostel is nice, nice rooms, good furniture, clean environment (Comparing it to other hostels, I even have seen), Wi-Fi. its fee is average like others hostel and therefore the food is sort of simple and have variety. The mess is clean and vegetarian. The food isn't served go and take consistent with your stomach size . On Sundays you've got to wake-up for breakfast otherwise no Breakfast . The hostel has no deadline for guys (they do but who cares).
